Developer to Begin Phillips Landing Subdivision Work
Developer Rogers-Chenault won rezoning approval in May 2026 for Phillips Landing, its first Chesterfield County subdivision south of the James River, and will start infrastructure work next year on the 50-lot, 337-acre project.
