Suspected radiation exposure temporarily closes Chesterfield ER
A Chesterfield County emergency room was briefly closed Wednesday night after a patient arrived saying they may have been exposed to a radiological agent, prompting a HAZMAT response. Testing found no radiation and no threat to the public, and the ER resumed normal operations.
