County Meetings Data

Chesterfield County's public meeting agendas as free JSON: every agenda item, the staff report behind it, and every dollar amount, percentage and development size in those reports, quoted word for word with the page it came from. Rebuilt every few hours from the county's CivicClerk portal.

How to rely on it

  • The figures are quotes, not estimates. No AI writes a number into the item data. Each figure is copied from the text of the county's staff report and cites its page, so you can check it in seconds.
  • The ai_summary on each meeting is AI-written from the official agenda, and is labelled that way. Check it against the source before you quote it.
  • Links go to the county's public portal. The county's document is always the authority.
  • Free, no key, no sign-up. Please credit: Agenda data: The Chesterfield Report (chesterfieldreport.com).
