A fatal head-on crash occurred Wednesday morning on West Providence Road in North Chesterfield when a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox driven by 57-year-old John Lundeen crossed into the opposite lane and struck a 2020 Toyota 4Runner around 8 a.m. Lundeen was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the 4Runner sustained minor injuries and was also hospitalized.
