Skylar Mackenzie Vargo, 23, of South Chesterfield, died early Thursday when her Hyundai collided head-on with a tractor-trailer while traveling the wrong way on Interstate 295 in Henrico County. According to the preliminary investigation, Vargo's Hyundai was traveling south in the northbound lanes of I-295 when it collided with the tractor-trailer traveling in the correct direction.
